He has spent the past 25 years in corporate America working with both Fortune 500 companies and smaller businesses helping to make them functional and profitable. A rich educational background supports his experiential learning. Jones holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business and in Management, a Master’s degree in Management Engineering, and a Doctorate in Organization and Leadership. Dr. Jones has served on the faculty at five universities: University of Maryland, The University of Redlands, California State University, Fresno, Pacific University and The University of San Francisco where he was named 1991 Teacher of the Year.
